Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy The Client may cancel their account with the Company at any time. To cancel the account, the Client must provide written notice to the Company. Upon receipt of the notice, the Company will terminate the Client’s access to the Service.

  2. Refund Policy The Company offers a refund for unused prepaid fees on a pro-rated basis. If the Client has paid for services in advance and cancels their account, the Company will calculate the unused portion of the prepaid fees and issue a refund for that amount.

  3. No Refund for Services Rendered The Company does not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. If the Client cancels their account mid-billing cycle, the Client will not receive a refund for the remainder of the billing cycle.

  4. No Refund for Violation of Terms The Company reserves the right to terminate the Client’s account without refund if the Client violates the Terms of Service, including but not limited to using the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails.

  5. No Refund for Third-Party Charges The Company is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred by the Client from third-party providers, including but not limited to email service providers, internet service providers, and payment processors. The Company does not offer refunds for these charges or fees.

  6. Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the Client. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the Company will issue a refund by check to the address on file.

  7. Modification of Policy The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. The Client’s continued use of the Service after any such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified policy.
